In The Hill - InGround Shelter
Description: The Inground Dwelling design concept utilizes the natural cool ground temperature in order to compensate for those "HOT" summer Georgia days. Design concept is to preserve the natural beauty of the site. Structure designed to be built with local "found" materials of branches, sod, and stones to provide a beautiful form while serving the common function: shelter.

Red Box Idea - Outdoor Exhibit
Description: A Modern 10'x10' "Red Box" Outdoor Gallery Exhibit. Principles of Sustainability were embraced throughout the design concept, and into material specification. All Materials were selected upon their ability to be/been/ or will be recycled back into the Building Material Stream. Designed For Disassembly (DFD) and within a budget of $5,000 Material/Fabrication costs. Key Components: Aluminium Frame, PVC Foam Board, Mechanical Fastners, Flourescent Lights, and a Wood Platform.

Hope Floats Initiative - ECO Clinic
Description: A unique, award winning concept, based on the Design Guidelines of Akin Afolayan. The ECO-Amphibious Clinic "prototype" was designed, built, and tested in Atlanta Georgia. The project was successfully deployed in Lagos Nigeria in July 2009. It serves the community with a multitude of positive attributes.

Shipping Container HousE - 1400 SF
Description: This 1,4000 square foot, two-story single family dwelling is designed for a Site in south Atlanta. This project seeks to utilize "discarded" shipping containers as large building blocks for new trendy and affordable housing. Passive Solar design and Rainwater catchment features dominate this remarkable Cantilever structure. These images will be used by the Client in order to get early consent from the City and Local community.

Key Architectural feautures include transom lighting, water-catchment cistern, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) structure and Solar Pannel array. Design Concept is focussed on Modular functional efficiency.
