Process for 3D Model

(It is a similar process for most services with timeline above) We would begin a Client review (phone calls are usually best), and set parameters around your Goals. Then TelkerDesign Visual Studio would submit a formal proposal outlining the Deliverables and Schedule. Typically, we allow a few days for a Client to Review and accept a Proposal. Then we begin Modeling the Building and submit for initial review and comments in about 3 days. (make sure we are on the right track - color, style, details, etc.). Once we get good Client Feedback, we will use approximately 4 more days to make corrections and submit for Final Rendering Approval.

What Formats to Use:

To make a 3D Rendering/Model , I can work from PDF, JPEG, DWG (Construction Documents or Sketches) to create a 3D skp Model. Typically images of the 3D skp model are sent to the Client (jpeg) for review during the process. Final Images are saved as Jpeg unless otherwise requested.

What is the cost?

Project Estimates are extremely subjective to the Level of Detail per Design, and clients intended goal (animation, AVI, Rendering, 3D Model . skp) Typically, a Nice Exterior SketchUp Model may run between $1000-$1500, with a Stylistic Rendering and/or Animation(s) adding a premium to the service fee quote. Web Site Design & Development Services are quoted on content, complexity, and timeline. All Projects are quoted on a per project basis within 24 hours.
